instrument, or are seeking to achieve a particular sound. Contact us with your
particular problem; we can give you technical specifications from
manufacturers such as Thomastic, D’Addario etc, plus advice based on this
information. The lbs per square inch tension over the bridge varies enormously
from string to string, as does the material used in manufacture. This
technical information can give you an insight into what to try, as can our
advice and experience.
